When premium expires
What happens when a plan, coupon or grant ends.
When premium expires, Boolby recalculates your effective plan.
You keep your account, matches and messages, but premium-only features may stop working:
- Plus/Pro badges disappear
- Premium themes may revert or become inactive
- Premium filters may lock
- Swipe/boost limits return to the Free level
- Pro-only profile features may stop showing
If your plan looks wrong after a payment or coupon change, refresh the page and contact Support if it still looks incorrect.
