Email verification

Why email verification is required before using Boolby fully.

Boolby requires email verification to reduce spam, fake accounts and account recovery problems.

After signup, check your inbox and spam folder for the verification email. The link expires, so use the newest email if you requested more than one.

If you cannot find the email:

  • Check spam/junk/promotions
  • Make sure the email address is typed correctly
  • Try resend verification from the app
  • Open a Support ticket if it still does not arrive

Never share verification links with anyone. Boolby staff will never ask for your password or 2FA code.
